The Gratz Borough Council will hold a public hearing on May 14, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. at the Gratz Municipal Building, 125 N. Center Street, Gratz, PA to consider adoption of the following amendments to the Gratz Borough Zoning Ordinance: The proposed ordinance amends Part 7 Nonconformities, Section 703 Enlargement which delineates Expansion within and not within established setbacks. Part 4 General Regulations inserting Section 435 concerning occupational requirements for Recreational Vehicles (“RVs”). The full text of the proposed amendments may be examined by the public at the Gratz Borough Municipal Building during normal business hours or on the Borough’s website, at https:gratzboro.com. The public hearing will be immediately followed by the regular meeting of Council at which time they intend to consider adopting the amendments.
