It is prohibited to ride dirt bikes and ATV’s on borough streets, with the exception of crossing the street after the dirt bike/ATV is brought to a complete stop and has yielded right of way to all oncoming traffic. Riding dirt bikes and ATV’s on borough streets can lead to fines up to $300, possible imprisonment and forfeiture of the dirt bike/ ATV. Please follow the links below for more information:
